City of West Monroe Discover Monroe-West Monroe
I encourage you to head to Downtown West Monroe tonight to the Downtown Gallery Crawl from 5-9 pm.
While there, stop by Alley Park to share your ideas that could help shape a downtown streetscape demonstration project later this fall. The planning group, CPEX, will be there to facilitate and engage with the public to get their thoughts about the future of downtown's streetscape design.
West Monroe Mayor Staci Albritton Mitchell and the West Monroe Board of Aldermen were honored to recognize the West Monroe-West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce on its 70th Anniversary during Tursday's City Council meeting.
For seven decades, the Chamber has served as a driving force for economic development, business growth, and community engagement throughout West Monroe and Ouachita Parish. Through its leadership, advocacy, and commitment to local businesses, the Chamber has helped strengthen our economy, foster meaningful partnerships, and contribute to the continued success of our region.
The City of West Monroe is proud to celebrate this milestone and extend our sincere appreciation to the Chamber's past and present leadership, staff, members, and volunteers whose dedication has positively impacted generations of citizens.
